Rich Horen, Chairman, is a CPA and brings over 30 years of corporate business experience to Lifestyle.  Past positions held include President of Bank One, Indiana and various other National leadership positions for Bank One Corporation.  Rich and his wife, Kathy, have been Franklin Township residents for over 30 years and are the parents of four children and eleven grandchildren.


Geoff Horen, Chief Executive Officer, spent 6 years with Bank One upon graduating from Indiana University in 1993.  He served as a Market Manager of multiple banking centers for Bank One in the Indianapolis market before becoming a National Operations Manager of all Accounts Payable processing for Bank One Corporation.  Geoff is President of his National “Remodelors 20” organization and serves on both the BAGI Board of Directors and Indianapolis Remodelors Council Board of Directors.  He also holds an elected office, currently serving as the Vice President of the Franklin Township School Board.  Geoff has his CAPS (Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist) certification.  Geoff and wife, Heather, have two daughters, Olivia and Elena, ages 12 and 10, respectively.

Kiersten Morton, President and Chief Operating Officer, joined Lifestyle after spending 3 years with Ernst & Young.  She served as a senior auditor in the Entrepreneurial Services Division.  Kiersten graduated from Purdue University in 1996 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance.  Kiersten and husband, Brian, Lifestyle’s plumber, are the parents of Tristan, age 6, and Kaley Kathryn, age 4.

  

Ryan Horen, Vice President & Director of Sales, worked in the business as an intern for a year before joining the company on a full-time basis in May, 2001.  Ryan is a graduate of Marian College with a degree in Marketing.  Ryan and his wife, Dee Dee, are the parents of Jessica, Emily, and Rylan, ages 12, 9, and 3, respectively.

 

Ron Morton, Construction Manager, brought to Lifestyle 24 years of experience in the construction industry.  For 16 years Ron had his own construction business, focusing primarily on extensive remodeling projects, yet building everything from decks to new homes.  Ron and wife, Lisa, have 3 adult children.

 

Becky Badger, Office Manager, joined Lifestyle after 26 years with Bank One where she held various positions, the last 18 years of which were as an executive assistant.  Becky earned an Associate’s Degree from Indiana State University.  Becky serves on the Board of Hunger, Inc., a South side food pantry.


Mike Summers joined Lifestyle in September of 1999 as one of our Carpenters.  Mike and wife, Cheryl, have two adult children and one granddaughter, Brittney, Michelle, age 5.

Jerry Petree, one of our Carpenters, joined Lifestyle in August of 2000.  Jerry and wife, Sherry, have 3 adult children and 5 grandchildren, including Colton 13; Logan 10; Austin 9; Evan 6; and Ty 5.  His hobbies include fishing, boating and camping with his grandsons.

David Youngs joined Lifestyle in October of 2003 as one of our Carpenters.   David and wife, Krystal, have two children, Nevaeh Nicole, age 3, and Devan Thomas, 18months.  When David has time he enjoys fishing, camping, 4-wheeling, and anything outdoors.

Brent Shively, Carpenter, joined Lifestyle in December of 2003.  Brent and his wife, Amanda, have a daughter, Janelle Olivia, born in October of 2007.  Brent's hobbies include working on his house and woodworking.

Matt Brown joined Lifestyle in May of 2004 as a Painter and Carpenter.  When not working at The Lifestyle Group, Matt enjoys fishing and hunting; he generally hunts for deer.

Joe Simpson, our painter, joined Lifestyle in April of 2005.  Joe and his partner, Chris Roberts, have two children--Brooke Marie & Olivia Maureen, ages 8 and 2, respectively.  Joe's hobbies include riding his dirt bike and cooking. 

Terry O'Brien joined Lifestyle in March of 2005, as one of our Carpenters.  In his spare time Terry enjoys woodworking and projects around his home.

Leesa Scoggan, Financial Analyst, joined Lifestyle in April of 2000.  She worked for Bank One for 21 years in the Accounting Division before joining The Lifestyle Group.  She was supervisor over the Accounts Payable Department and then worked in the General Ledger Department.  In her spare time, Leesa enjoys playing pool and all forms of auto racing.
