When you work with a client for many months and touch almost every inch of a space, you can create some beautiful features within a home. But those physical changes are only a piece of the project.
If you watch this 5 minute video, you will see all of the gorgeous details we executed to bring this home to life, but the finishes you see are not our product at The Lifestyle Group. A lot of people can install a kitchen or a bathroom… but what is the path like to get to completion? At Lifestyle, our product is our people. Our product is our process. It’s the ability to have a relationship with a family after spending many, many months with them. You’ve torn up their home and put it back together. Then, you move things, and you fix things and through all of that, you still have a great relationship at the end.
That relationship at the end is our measure of success. It’s our report card… our score card. The relationships we have created bring us joy! If we deliver a really good experience for our clients, they will use us forever because they trust us. They know we will never betray that trust.
I’ll leave you with this. On our death beds as we look back at our lives, I am certain I will not focus on the incredible trim detail we created for this client. However, I can assure you when I think back to the people that I have come across in my very blessed life, these clients will be on that list. Nice people matter. Relationships matter. If we can have an impact on our client’s lives beyond the wood and paint we bring to the home, that’s the win!
